Metrology Lab
1. CMM with LK brand manufactured in UK. The measurement accuracy can reach 0.001mm. Measurement parts size: L*W*H=1000mm X 700mm X 500mm. suitable for measuring the precision of metal and plastic parts.
2. Roundness Meter with Tokyo Precision brand, model is ACCRETECH (RONDCOM 54SD3). It has a measurement accuracy of 0.0001mm. It mainly measures the geometrical tolerance of high-precision parts [Geometric tolerance: Roundness, Cylindricity, Concentricity, Coaxiality, Straightness, Parallelism, Runout, Total Runout, etc.).
3. Projector Apparatus with Mitutoyo brand, model is PJ-A3000. It has a measurement accuracy of 0.001mm, Measurement Parts size: L*W*H=250mm X 150mm X 100mm.
4. There are other measuring tools in our Metrology Lab. Including: Digital Altimeter, Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, Roughness Meter, Pin Gauge, Thread plug gauges, Screw ring gauges, Air Gauge and so on.
